NUCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding process, and to be the sole judge of the merit and suitability of the merchandise offered.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
